Multi-Roll Crushers

Gundlach Crushers offer a range of Multi-Roll Crushers known for their precise product sizing, minimal fines, and excellent dimensional control. These are the only crushers able to produce cubical product with uniform sizing and less fines and come in four model series. Models include single-stage and two-stage designs and utilize innovative 3-D crushing technology with intermeshing continuous tooth roll design and precise roll timing, resulting in high-quality cubical products and reduced fines. They are suitable for sizing various materials such as coal, coke, glass, fertilizer, potash, salts, lime, limestone, soft ores, friable materials, and industrial minerals. The advantages include uniform-sized cubical products, low power consumption, large feed size capability up to 1200 mm, top-size control without slabbing, and throughputs from 10 TPH to over 6000 TPH. They also offer optional Nitroil® Tramp Metal Protection, easy maintenance, and flexible machine configurations for maximum control over product size.
