The Most Interesting Man In The Material Size Reduction World Completes His Career
In just a few days, Phil Schaefer will be retiring from TerraSource Global after a distinguished career of 45-years in the material sizing and processing industry. Phil has held 8 different positions, starting his career in the the Belleville, IL factory holding roles in multiple areas before moving on to field service tech, warehouse & repair facility manager, field service manager, and finishing as a Regional Sales Manager. Whether his responsibilities brought him to South America, the coal PRB, Iron Range, Canadian potash region, Asia, or Europe, Phil has been a testament to TerraSource Global’s mission to ensure the success of those that power, feed and build the world.
