Kevin Hambrice – Chief Executive Officer
Kevin has been CEO of TerraSource since the company was purchased by Right Lane Industries in October, 2021. He has over two decades of success in sales, consulting, marketing and executive roles across multiple industrial companies, including Sales and Marketing VP roles at Prudent American Technologies and Syntron.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Hendrix College, a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Arkansas and an MBA from Louisiana State University. He sits on the Board of Directors of Growing Entrepreneurs International.

Marc Fine – Chief Financial Officer
Marc has a long and diverse financial leadership background, guiding Finance teams at leading industrial companies such as Wieland, Marmon, ABB, and Hubbell. At TerraSource, he oversees Accounting, Finance, Contract Administration and IT.
Marc holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from the University of Alabama-Birmingham.

Dave Paslay – Chief Operations Officer
Dave came on board at TerraSource after serving over 17 years at Nevco Sports as Director of Engineering and then VP of Engineering and Operations Services. At TerraSource, he oversees Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Quality.
Dave earned his BSEE and MSEE, as well as his MBA, from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
